Stories about love

I bought Hug by Jez Alborough for Sunnyboy when he was 15 months old and it has been a favourite ever since. It's a book with only three words but lots of love.

I Love You As Much... by Laura Krauss Melmed is a really sweet picture book lullaby about the love between mothers and children.

Love and Kisses by Sarah Wilson is a beautifully illustrated story that begins, "Blow a kiss and let it go. You never know how love will grow!". We are giving away a copy of this book at sunnydaytodaymama. You can enter the Love and Kisses Giveaway here (closing date for entries is Tuesday 2nd March at midnight GMT and the winner will be announced on Thursday 4th March).

  6. Oh, I need to get my kids a copy of that "Hug" book! Some friends lent us a copy for the few months we lived in Cambridge, and it was one of Emma's favorite books along with Martin Waddell's "Owl Babies" (which we do have, although the US version doesn't have quite the same charm as the UK one). I'd completely forgotten about the "Hug" book until I saw the post - thanks for bringing back those memories!
