Last month Se'Lah from Necessary Room asked " What's it like in your neck of the woods?". She was interested in how Mother Nature presents herself in different corners of the world. This was our Mother Nature post. Today Se'Lah has invited us to play this game again now that spring has sprung.
For our spring Mother Nature post, I had to include some pictures from our day out yesterday. It was the most beautiful, sunny spring day and we were surrounded by Mother Nature.
Back at home we're really enjoying gardening and watching things grow.
There are spring colours appearing everywhere.
Some of our favourite things now that spring is here include:
going to the pond,
hanging washing on the line to dry,
the ice-cream van,
and bonfires.
You are invited to participate, by leaving a comment/link of what it is like in your neck of the woods, at Se'Lah's Another Blooming Game post.
OMG!!! I am soooo in love with the sunnyboy sitting in the field with the fluffy clouds overhead. They are all so beautiful. Thanks sooooo much for playing along. I LOVE IT!!!
ReplyDeleteWow. This is one of the reasons you are one of my favourite blogs of all time. I love your freedom, your willingness to always participate, and your sharing. Thanks so much.
Yep, I see and feel Spring in your next of the woods! Thanks for sharing the sun and fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry if this is a duplicate. I just tried to leave a comment and boy did things go funky on me... Anyway, yes, I feel and see Mother Spring in your neck of the woods! Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteYour spring looks awesome! Please send some over to me! It snowed here yesterday, not that it was sticking to the ground or anything. But it was snowing.
ReplyDeleteIt is supposed to be nice and spring warm today, and it should be getting better everyday. I hope we don't get anymore snow!
I need to have a bonfire soon. I love the dancing of the fire and the crackling of the wood.
Have a great day.
Shari
1. I love the puffy clouds!!
ReplyDelete2. I want an ice cream man around here but there isn't one, so we have to go to the store. Boo.
3. I love the smell of sheets that have been hung on the line :) Great post, makes me love spring.
Your spring is much more in bloom than ours here in Cleveland - can't wait to see more green here.
ReplyDeleteI tagged you over on my blog: http://www.babydustdiaries.com/2009/04/tagged-8-meme.html
Oh, very beautiful! My daughter and I were outside a couple of evenings ago listening to the birds, looking at all the flowering trees and talking about how beautiful the Earth is!
ReplyDeletelook at all the blooming and green!!!! Lucky you
ReplyDeleteI so hoped to get pics of Spring flowers to share before they left us... they are on their way out and I haven't gotten them yet. Your seedlings look beautiful as well. I'm really looking forward to Spring and the changes it brings this year.
