Last week we went to Southend for our work outing and before we left we decided to make a pebble heart. I made the outline and then Sunnyboy filled it in. I was touched that he put so much attention into making the heart and, although I'd intended to leave this message of love on the beach for someone else to find, it was actually me who received a lesson in presence and unconditional love.











I love you Sunnyboy. You are my angel.

Bamboo swirling stick

The themes for the last two Inspire Me Thursdays have been Bamboo and Swirl. Taking part in this gave me the inspiration to make Sunnyboy a bamboo swirling stick. I made a small one so it's the right size for him. The bamboo stick is 24 inches and the ribbon is 41 inches. I think the ribbon would have been more effective if it was a bit longer so I might make another one (or several).
