I come to you via Journey Wildly, where the author is my oldest daughter. (Just thought I would get that in, I like to brag on her.)
The discoveries on your walk have inspired me! There are two dead trees among the many other old and beautiful ones, in my front yard. I suggested to my husband that we should cut them down and plant lilac bushes in their place, but after seeing your post, maybe I will just carve into them! Thanks!

  7. Oh totally amazing. Somebody has many talents with a wood chisel and steady hand. This is absolutely gorgeous. I would never find any woods to walk in here in Phoenix,so I will not be seeing any carvings around here. Maybe on a palm tree? Thanks for sharing. Country Hugs, Sherry

  15. How incredible. Some artist has chosen a nonstandard medium as his canvas. The pictures are terrific and sunny boy, even his backside, is as cute as ever.
