Hi Se'lah it's Sunday here but I took these pictures for Today's Flowers which happens on Sundays and then I thought they would be perfect for Mellow Yellow Monday tomorrow too!
I hope this isn't a repeat but I thought I had already posted, didn't see an 'approval' sign but didn't see my message either. Just wanted to say what a lovely series of flowers. Very, very nice. Thank your for sharing.
I love the shrub in the first photo!! It is not forsythia, because the flowers are the wrong shape!! But it is sunny and yellow, and that is all that matters!
Thanks for all your lovely comments :) I have a cold today so I'm slow at looking at all your 'Today's Flowers' and 'Mellow Yellow Monday' pictures, but I will do!
Gill, I believe the little yellow flowers are called Lesser celandine. They're all over our garden this year.
Kathy, in the first photo I don't know what they are called, but they are such a lovely colour and I love to see them outside the window each spring. They flower for a long time too.
Have a mellow yellow Monday ;-)
ReplyDeleteIs it Monday there yet? ;-)
